After Training Placements

Sam Hospitality has worked with hospitality establishments in South Africa since 2011. From the research that we have conducted, the common challenge has become clear to us; it is difficult to hire suitably trained staff (especially junior staff). We have also established as well that some hospitality businesses are so busy they do not get the time to be training entry-level employees. That is why we developed The Hospitality Training & Placement Programme (HTPP), which is aimed at providing a 360 degree solution. The service is free to our partners.

Hospitality Placements

Once the training element has been completed, students are sent to our Hospitality Host Business for a paid work placement. All placements range from 6 – 12 months, allowing the Hospitality Host Businesses to get the most out of all staff and make sure that the benefits of training are seen over a period of time. It is to the HHB’s discretion to offer a candidate permanent employment. The size of your establishment is not a matter. Whether you want 5 candidates or you want 20, we will deliver, according to your specifications.
